Tania Brielle Mabrey is on a mission to make wealth-building feel attainable for everyday people who want more financial security, freedom, and options. Educated at Michigan, Harvard and Oxford, and a former adjunct professor at Georgetown, Tania combines deep expertise with real-life experience to make wealth-building feel practical, possible, and personal.
She’s the founder of the financial coaching firm Wisdom Then Wealth and the visionary behind The Wealth Agenda show/podcast. Her work with Black Wealth Architects, a group coaching program designed to help Black professionals build wealth with clarity, confidence, and community, is fueled by her passion to help close the racial wealth gap.
Tania’s work is deeply rooted in personal experience, from growing up in poverty, to learning to build wealth from the ground up, and witnessing her family lose her grandparents’ fully paid-off home due to unpaid property taxes. These experiences ignited her passion for financial education, and helping families build wealth with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Tania has been featured on platforms like Mvemnt, iHeartRadio, and Fox 5 Plus, and is often invited to speak at webinars, conferences, as well as corporate and community events. Her work is not just about money, it’s also about empowerment, freedom, and generational change.
